Kate holds degrees in Arts and Law and was admitted as a lawyer in 2008. Since 2009, she has specialised in estate planning and estate administration. During her time as a lawyer she has also worked in the areas of criminal law, commercial litigation and commercial law.
Prior to joining Australia Executor Trustees, Kate worked in government, private practice and banking and trustee organisations.
Kate has undertaken pro bono estate work for the Cancer Council and the Council on the Aging, represented clients at Guardianship Tribunal hearings and has presented at estate planning seminars.
