Australian Executor Trustees Limited (AET) has produced a new Investor Directed Portfolio Service Guide (IDPS Guide) for the Wholesale Access Fund (WAF) dated 15 January 2006. This IDPS Guide replaces the TOWER Trust Limited IDPS Guide dated 14 December 2003.
Revisions to the IDPS Guide include:
- references to TOWER Trust Limited have been replaced with references to AET
- clarification that advisers can only receive IDPS reporting for a WAF client if they have been appointed agent by that client for their WAF.
The new IDPS Guide is available below. The IDPS Guide will not be offered in a printed version.
Amendment to the Wholesale Access Fund Trust Deed -Clause 15.3.1 of the Trust Deed for the "minimum liquid investment" wording was amended. This amended wording clarifies existing wording and allows for a minimum amount to be set by the Operator rather than enshrining a prescribed amount in the Trust Deed. This amendment is not considered materially adverse to investors. You may obtain a copy of the Trust Deed upon written request at no cost.
