Philip Joseph, CEO Corporate Trust
Philip has worked in the corporate trust divisions of trustee companies for over 23 years. Philip spent 13 years at Perpetual Trustees and 9 years with Guardian Trust, which was subsequently acquired by JP Morgan. Philip is experienced in all facets of corporate trustee business, including the administration of registered schemes, wholesale trusts, securitisation programs and debt issues and negotiation of transaction documents.

Yvonne Drake, Manager Corporate Services
Yvonne is responsible for the administration of the Corporate Trust business, building and maintaining client relationships and implementing new trusts. Prior to joining Australian Executor Trustees Limited in 2001, Yvonne worked for three years as a client accountant at State Street Australia, where she was responsible for the delivery of portfolio valuations and custody services and risk management.

Stuart Howard, SPV & Corporate Services
Stuart joined Australian Executor Trustees Limited in December 2004 having previously worked for J.P. Morgan Trust Australia Limited (and Guardian Trust prior to its acquisition) for the previous 4 years, performing client administration, deal negotiation and operations management roles. Stuart has over 12 years' experience in Corporate Trust, having worked for IOOF Trustees for seven years prior to joining Guardian Trust.

Joanne Cochrane, Manager Property Custody
Joanne joined Australian Executor Trustees in September 2004 and is responsible for the supervision and administration of property custody clients. Prior to this role, Joanne spent four years working in the property custody area at Guardian Trust and JP Morgan Trust Australia Limited.

Pina Spathis
Pina has worked in the corporate trust divisions of trustee companies for over 19 years. She spent 4 years at Permanent Trustees and 9 years with IOOF Trustees. Pina's experience includes Account Manager, Account/Office Manage and Assistant Operations Manager. Pina is currently responsible for Compliance for both Corporate Trust NSW and SA, including ensuring reporting requirements, Internal controls and procedures are adhered to and responsible for DRP and BCP for the area. Pina holds a Certificate and Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate in Banking and Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Glenn White, Senior Manager Structured Finance
Glenn has over 20 years experience in financial services having worked in the trustee, custody and funds managment industries. He has extensive experience in trustee, custody, risk and compliance matters for corporate trusts, managed investment schemes and superannuation funds. Prior to joining Australian Executor Trustees, Glenn was a client relationship manager with NAB Custodian Services for 4 years, managing investment manager and superannuation fund relationships. Glenn is ASIC PS146 compliant in superannuation and has qualifications in Accounting, Banking & Finance and a post graduate diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. He is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australiasia (FINSIA) and is also an active practitioner at FINSIA.
